New to a gym? This small group is designed to help you feel confident and ready to take on your goals. You will receive support from our head coaches as well as education from local experts including a manual therapist, dietitian, family medicine physician, and relationship coach.
If you feel lost on where to start in a gym or stuck in the same routine that hasn't been working, this small group is designed with you in mind. Our model focuses on safe, effective movement, accountability, and community to help you feel stronger and more confident in and out of the gym.
We will meet Monday, Thursday, and Fridays at 6:30 AM through the month of April with optional Sunday Zoom calls.
